Trying to extort money as the Escort Service have my number

I found a number of a girl on this website ‘Massage Republic’. I messaged that number and the person told me 2K for video call 30 mins. I paid. Then asked for another 1K. I paid. Video call happened for 43 seconds. In that they took a screenshot of my face. I did not speak anything about meeting in person. Then the other person kept asking for more money for video call. I did not pay and finally blocked. Shortly after I started getting messages on WhatsApp with my video call screenshot and Facebook display picture. Sleazy messages from different numbers asking for service. And then from one number who told me to talk to the person pay money and things will be fine. I got scared and so far I have paid 52000 INR to the scammer and I am still getting calls. What should I do? Should I keep blocking those various numbers or file a complaint?
